Over the next five years 10,000 single family homes and buildings will be demolished across Metro Vancouver.

Renewal Development, working alongside Nickel Bros Moving, mission is to save, relocate and repurpose as many good buildings as possible.

Here are a few examples of past projects.

75 Veterans Road

Renewal's first pilot project. We saved and repurposed a well maintained rancher from Blue Mountain in Coquitlam to Gibsons, BC.

Little Yellow School House

Working with the Vancouver School Board the plan is to relocate and repurpose the 111 year old building in partnership with the Squamish Nation.
