Projects

Over the next five years 10,000 single family homes will be demolished across Metro Vancouver to make space for higher density development. 

Renewal Development's mission is to save, relocate and repurpose as many good buildings as possible for communities in need. We do this in partnership with Nickel Bros, one of the largest and most reputable moving companies in North America.
