OUR PROCESS

A Renewal team member conducts an initial virtual inspection of your site slated for redevelopment.
We then collect reports and data to build a project plan: vacancy timeline, removal deadline, arborist report, HAZMAT report. -
A Renewal team member comes on site to conduct a 30min interior and exterior inspection. We collect photos and measurements to determine the relocation and material salvage potential. We discuss the client’s needs to clarify our removal scope.

Based on our site visit, and discussions with the homeowner or developer, we provide a full site removal proposal.
Our Renewal Removal scope includes: security, abatement, relocation/demolition, debris removal, tree removal, permit coordination. -
Once a home becomes vacant we install our security system. We work with the client to schedule service disconnections and permits.
We then bring our removal team on site to begin the abatement, relocation/demolition, tree removal, and debris clearing.Our commitment is provide a clear site by the removal deadline while maximizing the diversion of good materials from the landfill.
