Every year 700 perfectly good homes are demolished across Metro Vancouver to make space for higher density development.
Instead of paying tens of thousands to a demolition company to bulldoze a good home or building Renewal Development provides a Responsible Removal Service. We will relocate the home(s) we can. We will demolish the structures we can't. Renewal Development acts as a full removal solution.
Similar budget and similar timeline as demolition.
Once we rescue the building we work with vulnerable populations and communities in need to repurpose the home as good, safe, sustainable housing. See here for past projects.
